Notice of Club Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2021

We hope you are all safe and well.
We welcome all to our upcoming AGM held at 2pm, Sunday 14th of November, 2021.
Dependant of our current restrictions, if safely able to we will hold our AGM at the clubrooms and also online. If we are to remain at home, we will hold our meeting online. (Link will be sent out closer to the time).
Come along and have your say as this would be the best time to do so.

We will also nominate our next Committee members for 2021 (incl. President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer).
Our meeting will be chaired by our current Chairman, Stephen West.
Financial members are entitled to vote at the Annual General Meeting. To be financial you are either one(1) parent of a junior family that has paid fees, a senior playing member that has paid fees and has no other outstanding amounts owing to the club, or if you have paid associate member fees.
