Kick off - Community Football Round 1 Wrap Up

Senior Community football kicked off on the 30th April 2022 

Our men's first team kicked off first against the Manurewa Dinos at Manurewa's War Memorial. In a tense affair were both teams fought for the upper hand, it was our team who were able to break the deadlock and take all 3 points. In a thrilling 1 nil win our team were able to start the season in style. 

The over 40's were next in action playing the Bucklands Beach Saints down at Lloyd Elsmore. The teams were unable to be separated after a thrilling 90mins with the scores ending 1 all. 

On Sunday the womens team were away to Dury. An entirely new team this year they fought hard to eventually go down in a 5 2 loss. The battled hard and made us proud
