Fee Restructure 2022 Juniors

Otahuhu United AFC is driven to keep registration costs as low as possible to remove cost as a barrier to participation. Over the course of the last 3 seasons the club has been able to maintain and keep registrations costs down even with Covid impacting participation and playing time. Regreatfully for the 2022 Winter Season we are unable too maintain our previous registration fees 

This is down to many external factors outside our control: our operating costs such as power and water have increased, cash reserves being depleted due to Covid lockdowns and restrictions, playing equipment gear prices have increased and our club growing has the club under immense financial strain 

Last year we restructured senior fees and moved away from the team fee approach. This year we have begun the process with Junior fees , specially our first kicks and fun football grades. 

For the 2022 winter season the first kick and fun football registration fees are as follows: 

• First Kicks 4 to 6 yr olds registration Fee $70.00
• Fun Football  7 to 8 yr olds registration Fee $70.00

All other registration fees from 9th grade upwards to 12th grade are to remain the same as previous seasons

We have also made the decision to exclude these age groups from the discount.This is because of the fee restructure happening to this age group. 

Note 9th Grade to 12th grade fees will be reveiwed at the conclusion of the 2022 winter season 

Also like in previous seasons, the club will seek funding, sponsorship to cover registration costs for the first kicks and fun football age group. If funding / sponsorship is obtained, any families who have made payments to cover the first kicks or fun football registration costs will either be fully or partially refunded (this will be determined by the amount of funding / sponsorship received)
