Club Hireage

Our club room is currently closed for refurbishment 

If you are interested in hiring out the club room please send your enquiry to our Club Secretary: Natasha West - otahuhuafcsecretary@gmail.com or 021 042 3341

When contacting, please ensure you have the following information: 

• Date and time
• How long the event will be
• Is this a reoccuring event or one off
• Expected number of people
• What type of facilities will you need - bar and or canteen

All requests for hireage are discussed at the next avaliable committee meeting. Bookings will be managed through the club secretary. Please look at the events tab for avaliable dates. All events will be displayed there 

Please get in touch 2 months prior to the event if you wish to book the clubrooms 

The club hireage fee is set on the individual event
